Ingredients:

  • 1/4 ripe avocado

  • 2 tbsp cooked chickpeas (mashed)

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 slice soft whole grain bread

Instructions:

  2. Spread on one half of the bread, fold in half and cut into triangles.
