Ingredients:
1/4 ripe avocado
2 tbsp cooked chickpeas (mashed)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 slice soft whole grain bread
Instructions:
Mash avocado, chickpeas, and lemon together until creamy.
Spread on one half of the bread, fold in half and cut into triangles.
Optional: Add shredded carrot or grated cucumber for texture.
