Ingredients:
1 ripe banana, mashed
2 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp shredded coconut
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix all ingredients into a dough.
Press into a small greased baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
