Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup full-fat plain yogurt

  • 1/4 cup mashed mixed berries

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

The yogurt I used for the recipe is Straus Family Creamery Whole Milk Plain Yogurt.

Instructions:

  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Chill for at least 1 hour or overnight.
