Carrot Banana Oat Bars

These Carrot Banana Oat Bars have become a favorite in our kitchen—and for good reason! Made with clean, simple ingredients like ripe banana, finely grated carrot, rolled oats, and a touch of cinnamon, they’re the perfect blend of flavor and nutrition for little ones. The mashed banana and applesauce bring natural sweetness and moisture, while ground flaxseed adds a boost of fiber and omega-3s. We love that these bars are soft enough for tiny hands and tummies, but hearty enough to keep toddlers satisfied.
