Ingredients:
1/4 cup grated zucchini
1/2 mashed banana
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 egg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking soda
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix ingredients together.
Pour into mini muffin tins.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
