Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup grated zucchini

  • 1/2 mashed banana

  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Mix ingredients together.

  3. Pour into mini muffin tins.

  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
