Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cooked red lentils

  • 2 tbsp mashed sweet potato

  • 1 tbsp finely chopped kale

  • 1 tbsp oat flour

  • 1/4 tsp cumin (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Mash all ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Form into small patties with wet hands.

  3. Cook in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat, 2–3 min each side.

  4. Serve with plain greek yogurt or avocado dip.
